It's a scam.

The scammer will tell you that you are approved, but you must make an up-front payment to receive your loan.
In the end, the only money that will change hands is yours--going straight to the scammer.

There are literally hundreds of variants of this floating around, using different email addresses (most free like this one, but a few scammers have actually made the effort to register a domain name), but the scam itself is the same.

In reality, there is NO such thing as a legitimate lender offering 0% interest, unless maybe you are borrowing from a friend or family member. And NO legitimate lender, regardless of interest rate, will approach you from a free email address.
