I'd walk away - quite quickly.

I don't know where you received the information but none of what you say appears on their website which is incredibly sparse - worryingly so.

What they DO say in the heading is

America's top realtor assistance selling service

and further down

Aside from realtors we also service:
- Mortgage agents
- Insurance agents
- Skilled trades
- Vehicle sellers

What they mean by 'service' I can't tell, but in the UK where I am, these are services that are regulated, as are lenders, and I presume that lenders are also regulated in the USA/Canada. If they aren't I wouldn't go near them. They don't claim that they are and I wouldn't let them have any of my personal financial details. If you give them to the wrong people your finances could become a lot worse.

A phone number is the only contact detail they give which leads to an ad for selling a camera on kijiji still on web cache.

You'll notice that the link in the ad leads to what is termed an 'official Canon reseller' website (now gone). It's not even being used by a private individual but someone claiming to resell cameras.

The registrant is shown as the web host which is not something a competent company would allow as they don't own their own web address and they'd have to pay if ever they changed web hosts.

Don't touch it.
