I did receive this exact same email this past July.
I played the game and exchanged a few emails until they asked for a predispersal, "loan origination fee"!
Thanks for the confirmation of this scam!
There is nothing else out there with regard to this hoax!

Also, the sender's email address changed to [email protected] and the name of the sender is James Wester. He signs his emails as follows...
