I was contacted by aspen national lending from 2550 corporate exchange drive in Columbus Ohio
I was approved for 10.000 dollar loan.i sent this mr.robert Vance all my personal info.every thing seemed
Some what real.excepet when he went to e-mail me the contract it would not go through.very strange
So I gave him my wife's e-mail still would not go through.so he said he will fax it to me so I gave him the
Fax number fom staples I got the contract and it looked good.then I called mr. Vance and my options were
To get a co- signer or give him 900.00 dollars or by an insurance policy for 1300.00 dollars.so I said I will do the 900.00 option.so mr. Robert Vance told me to go to my local Walmart and use the western union.ans use the green form.but when I was there to call him and get instructions on we're to send the money.so i did I called mr.vance and he gave me the name of the investor to send the money to an Ashly lee in Toronto Ontario.
Well I never heard of an investor company named Ashly lee so this raised a couple of questions I asked mr.vance
Is there and address for the company he told me there isn't need to complicate things with question.so we started to question a few more things and poop mr.robert Vance started to get upset.so we told mr.robert Vance we will not be sending him my 900.00 dollars for him and Ashly lee to split and I get nothing.and guess we're this
All started from you got it the lending center.these people should be taken away thrown in jail taking money
From innocent people trying to get there lives. Back together. Watch who you send money to remember if it sounds to good to be true it is.mother f&$kers. :laugh-s:

Unfortunately this happened me today. Robert Vance contacted me saying I was approved for a 10,000 loan. He went on to ask for a co signer or "collateral" unfortunately I sent $540 through western union at wal mart after signing a 10 page agreement with this so called company. After I received a call from a lady named Theresa bailey in regards to the loan not being approved. I was really mad and I knew right away this was a scam. They said they could not give me back my money for 10-15 days and I continued to argue demanding the money back right away, then she hung up. No one from that company has picked up my call since. Shame on me for thinking this was legit. The fact I needed money desperately my mind got to excited an wasn't thinking. You're right if its too good to be true, it probably is.

they approved me for a $15000 loan today to pay off debts and faxed me a contract to staples. I asked if it could be emailed, she(Theresa Bailey) said her email isn't working. she told me to get the loan I need a cosigner, or $1080(first 4 payments upfront) or insurance policy (1500) upfront. I got my contract and something didn't seem quite right so I googled the name of the company to find info on it and the posts of you guys came up right away. I did not send any money to them

Unfortunately no email was sent between me and the company. They did happen to call me back and say they will refund my money and send me a certified cheque. I have not received the cheque by the date they said so I gave aspen national lending a call. It now says "thanks for calling midway elite financing". I put in Teresa baileys extension and her voicemail still says aspen national lending. I guess they decided to change their company name but forgot their voicemails. So watch out for the new company midway elite financing. No one has picked up my call or called me back.

Unfortunately this is an area where there are many fraudsters operating and you have to be very cautious. The problem is that if you can't get credit from the regular providers, you are left to swim among the 'sharks' and many of them will leave you in a worse position than you started.

As a general rule you should never ever pay any fee or commission for a loan up front. You should receive the loan and it will be included in the repayments.

The other issue is that you may be giving sensitive financial details to a person/company you know nothing about and you could face costs and charges you don't expect without ever getting the loan.
