This is another Nigerian scam. After attempting to correspond by email, I was awakened this morning by a very heavy African voice claiming to be a Dubai business man by the name Amer Mohammed Al Jabri. He had just sent this email and thought it was sufficient to enter into an agreement with him:

We acknowledged receipt of your email.
Concerning your loan approval document, you will need to contact the
lawyer and agree on the terms for the release of your loan before I
can make available the signed approval document.
For choosing Option B” means you need an indigenous lawyer to sign a
Letter of Guarantee as your guarantor so that your loan can be
granted.
Below is the detail of an indigenous lawyer here in Dubai, with also
an office in Abu-Dhabi, UAE.
This Chamber has group of professional lawyers and they will also be
present when signing of loan agreement here in Dubai; therefore I want
you to have a close built relationship with him so that he can render
complete services for you even while you are in Dubai for signing of
agreement.
They are very capable to handle your request and sign the Letter of
Guarantee as your guarantor; they have all it takes to deposit the
needful properties/assets original documents equivalent to 80% per the
request of Al Jazeera Funding Capital Management, therefore I urge you
to do everything within your capacity to work with them as they are
highly recommended.

formalities, so that you can decide on how to proceed and know the
exact step to take, but I advice you facilitate your application to
meet up as quickly as possible due to deadline.
