This company promises loans asap, but fees keep popping up.

First they promise no fees.
Then you need collateral in their country, which is India
if you do not have a house or collateral you need to pay an insurance company for insurance.

They keep on reassuring you the loan is available through Royal bank of Scotland, Gabriel Davidson but There is no such person working there.
The number given is an India cell no.

money is wired through Western union that cannot be tracked.
Everytime a different name via Western Union is used as a Western Union agent does not verify identity only the question's answer.

First it's a small amount of $150 USd
Then $550 USD
After that is paid another fee of $1000 is asked

The 'loan' is never released and you are left out of your money.
