This loan scammer claims to be in the UK, but he's using a +4470 re-direct phone number which re-directs any incomeing call to a phone anywhere in the world. These loan scammers will come with insurances or fees for processing/ administrative purposes that have to be paid in advance. No real loan company would ever do that. Don't fall for this scam, it will cost you a lot of money.
