I need advice

Can anyone tell me if Scottish International Financial Centre in Edinburgh are scammers or legit. As I live in the Republic of Ireland and made contact with them about a loan and they emailed me back saying I was eligible for a loan. Can anyone tell me if they know anything about them.......Here is the link to their site http://scottishfinancialcentre.net/Service
