This is completely baseless report. I know Ray personally and he is a thorough gentleman. There are hundreds of financial advisers, who are not registered with any entity. That does not make them all scammers.
Hence the allegation levelled in the above mentioned report is completely baseless.
Millennium Consultants are financial advisers since the past seven years and they enjoy a spotless reputation. I have had personal experience of my wealth management and Ray delivered what he promised. This report is concocted and baseless.
