Hi! I'm from Singapore, recently i've contacted a man trying to "give away" his golden retriever puppy and the only payment is to this "http://www.worldwidepetrelocatorltd.webs.com/" by their website or by Western Union. below is email i've liased with the man. please help, i think this is a scam!

you dont have to be worried about anything as you can brows check
the agency web page on the email they send and find more information
about them and also you can track your puppy on their web page to see
if the puppy is available in their reservation okay?.You dont need to
say scam because i hate the word scam and i hate people who does such
things am a father with four kids and i know it feel to scam a child
so am given you my words that do make the payment to the shippers and
they will be bring your baby to you okay?.
