They are asking me another payment due to health issues and supposedly the puppy is in El Paso, Texas.

The breeder's name was Mathis Riley from Pennsylvania and is telling me that delivery agency handles shipping and delivery and he doesn't use airlines.

Receiver/Importer(LEGAL OWNER) of puppy is required to pay the total Sum of
$820.00USD(DNA Blood Test) + $90.00USD (Micro-chipping) = $910.00USD
(Total Amount Payable). (FULLY REFUNDABLE UPON DELIVERY OF THE PUPPY)

What can I do now that I paid the innitial fee of the puppy which was $1090 and also paid for $1350 for the insurance.

I'm sorry that you've been scammed, but it is unlikely that you will get any of the money back.

You should report the crime to your local police and on the FBI's IC3.org website also advise your bank/the money transfer company that you used, just in case there is anything they can do, although it is unlikely.

Also totally block the scammers as they will keep coming up with excuses/threats as to why you must pay.
