I want to start off by saying thank you all for your stories and im sorry if some of you have lost money because of scams. I am currently a Private in the Army stationed in Germany. My wife and I have been wanting a puppy for a few months now and wanted to wait till germany to get one. We searched and search typing in "puppies for sale in germany" and other phrases like that into google, we had almsot given up because no one messaged us back in response to buying a puppy. We got an email from [email protected] if you get an email from that person about buying any animal run! We were interested in the french bulldog puppies they were selling and he was asking 250 dollars for one and he said he could fly it here to germany for another 350 and to us that was reasonable for a puppy because puppies we had looked at here were over 1000 Euro! We were so happy and he was so convincing. He said he would get the 250 and his shipping company would get the 350 for flying the pup to us. He said the easiest way was for a Western Union money transfer so we went to out local Post Exchange (PX) and we talked to customer service about the transfers and thats when she said to look out for the scams about buying puppies and many people have been scammed to sending money via money transfer. My wife was very eager to get the puppy but i knew when someone else said something about a scam and a few details raised a red flag in their e-mail i had better look into it. Cases of neglect are starvation, dehydration, abandonment of pet, allowing a collar to grow into an animal’s skin, inadequate shelter in extreme weather conditions, and failure to seek veterinary care when necessary.


Active cruelty implies malicious intent, as when a person has deliberately and intentionally caused harm to an animal, and is sometimes referred to as NAI (Non-Accidental Injury). Acts of intentional animal cruelty are indicators of serious psychological problems.
