Gave out information to scammer, what do I do now?

Hello, I accidentally (wrote an email while googling because I was suspicious and accidentally hit send) sent personal info : Name, address, number to a scammer. I have received more emails, and phone calls.

I reported the emails as spam as well as the phone number.

Thankfully for this website I did not go on to pay anything, but I'm worried about the scammer having my personal info.

Should I change email/number?
