yes, it is a scam. Never buy a pet you have not seen with your own eyes.

You do not know the temperament of the animal, or IF there really is an animal there. A picture only proves there is a picture, not the same animal that is for sale.

If you want to do something good for yourself and an animal, visit your local pet shelter / SPCA and save one of those animals from a death sentence. They will be forever grateful to you for saving them.

The writing is part African and part non-African; the African part is most likely Cameroonian, and the other bits were probably copied from a legitimate pet mover or another scammer's copy thereof. It is a scam.

Please post the email from the supposed owner of the pet, the email from the shipper, and the shipper's website, with complete headers of the emails.
