Passion Pets Movers ... Scam when trying to get dog?

I have made arrangements with Morgan from Halifax to ship me a dog next week. She only wants 400$ for shipping costs and it's the company that will be charging me ... Passion Pets Movers ... Anyone know if scam or not !!? Help please !

Hello Nfluellon,
It is a scam if the shipping company is asking for the payment. It is ALWAYS a scam if the pet seller or pet shipper asks for the payment via Western Union, Money Gram or mentions Cameroon.

Please post the email that asked for the payment and the link to any websites given to you. Please include all email addresses and telephone numbers so other can be warned of this scam.

If the pet seller or shipper asks for money to be sent via Western Union, Money Gram, any brand of gift card. Walmart To Walmart , Zelle , PayPal friends and family option, or mentions Cameroon
