They got me. This guy was good. Posted Pics of the cutest puppies in Laurel MD. Talked on the phone, sent pics, and videos, texted me step by step with what he was doing. Even after I sent him the money down he kept me updated and in the loop. Then came the thermal transfer crate. Anyways I feel like an idiot and want to help make sure that he doesn't get anyone else with the same email and phone numbers. He went by the name of Carlson Loppa, from 20707. phone numbers 910-557-0668, 678-242-9034 and [email protected]

If you sent the money to West Africa, Malaysia or any other third world they probably do not have camera's.

Also note, you only need the MTCN or Reference Number to pick up the money any where in the World. No matter where you thought you were sending it.

All my breeding males & females are registered AKC.
My dogs are first and foremost family pets. I take pride in my breeding techniques & chosen males that will compliment our females. Health is a priority in both the females & males as will as the males I used for studs. All the dogs that I use for breeding match the Chihuahua breed standard.
My females’ health is a priority & I never want their health to be at risk, I believe in pre and post natal care for all my females. All my breeding Chihuahuas are health certified. If a female has to have a c-section because her hips are too narrow, she is spayed after the c-section & when her pups are weaned she is pet homed. (Chihuahua Chihuahua Chihuahua Chihuahua Chihuahua).


The pups have their Veterinarian’s check up, their dewclaws are removed, tattooed and receive their first set of shots, before they go to their new home. Our pups are sold between the age of eight and fourteen weeks old depending on the size of the pup. Our pups grow to an adult size of between 1.5 to 6 lbs.
I stand by my breeding 100%. My focus is to make sure that the home that our pups/dogs are going to is a well matched placement. I breed quality AKC Reg’d Chihuahuas & I am not a back dog breeder or a puppy mill.
