First I want to say thank you!!! I was actually speaking to them regarding a husky.
a couple red flags for me were, I asked questions, and was given a robot type response, with no answers to what was being asked.
The Husky was stated to be shipped from TX, however, the "breeder" was in Maryland.
The only concern was regarding payment.
After speaking to them on the phone, and having asked what should have been an easy question for any breeder that has a contract should know, I had to explain my meaning to him, weather the fact he is a foreigner or the fact that you cannot honestly answer questions regarding fake information.

I am glad that you discovered the scam before losing any money. Do you have any additional contact information for this scam?

The best thing to do now is to ignore him completely and let him wonder what happened. Please do not tell him that he is posted here.

Dear Client,

Thanks for getting back to us. Your puppy ''Simba'' has been put on
Hold, pending payment. You will have to effect the payment for us to
validate your order and proceed with the necessary paper work for your
puppy Simba

we will within 2 business days of receiving payment, confirm your
order, process all required paperwork, have our license veterinarian
perform last minute routine checkup on your puppy Simba before
shipping him to you.

Like we said, we book flights for Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays (You
have to chose which day suits you best). Once the flight is booked, we
will provide you the flight number, date and time of departure and
arrival as well as all info you will require to pickup the puppy upon
arrival.

Attached to this mail is your purchase invoice, in which you will
find in it our payment information and how to go about the payment.

***note***
(1) Please, we recommend payment should be done IN PERSON / CASH
at the closest Western Union location to you. DO NOT go for online
payment. Due to security concerns related to illegal credit card use,
most online payments are usually declined.

(2) When making the payment make sure you specify the payment
option to be “pickup up at agent location“ (or money in minutes)

After effecting the payment, get back to us, so we proceed with the
paper work for your puppy

Thanks
