This scammer is located in Cameroon Africa and is running pet scams for several breeds of puppies, birds and autos. He probably has other scams that have not been uncovered yet.

home i am looking for my parrots , for this parrots is a good
companion of
kids and other home pets , this parrots will be coming along with all
papers needed including a 1 year health guarantee papers and other
documents needed by the ministry of Taiwan,

presently i am in Taiwan and the parrots are here with us.

Although we are located far apart , it is still possible for you to
have the parrots .
from my inquiries, we could arrange home delivery that will cost you

Glad I took the time to search this guys email address. I did have a conversation with him via email but he never got around to asking me for any money yet. He actually told me he was giving the puppies away. I am sure the next email will be the one asking for some form of payment for delivery costs or something. He did ask a few questions about me such as vet location and if I had other pets but nothing personal yet. I now know not to bother answering him back.
