After paying the initial $550 for shipment of a puppy and waiting all day for details of said shipment, I received the following in an email:
am sorry for not updating you they said you will have to pay an extra $820 for the insurance and the safe shipment of the puppy and it will be refunded 98% cash upon delivery , i have been trying to come up with the funds without informing you , but i have not been able to come up with the complete funds , so that why the puppy have not been ship yet , so am very sorry what do we do .
Needless to say, I have not sent additional funds and have requested an immediate refund.
