If the pet seller or shipper asks for money to be sent via Western Union, Money Gram, any brand of gift card. Walmart To Walmart , Zelle , PayPal friends and family option, or mentions Cameroon

Yes is it! So is micropuppies.com although their site is finally down. They are all related. The scammer from greenlantern puppies.com keeps answering their telephone and stated that they have MANY scams going because they are sending money out of the country. They don't care if they get caught and just laugh about it. Unreal that no one is doing anything about this. Western Union KNOWS about these people yet they do nothing!
