Cliff and Morgan have four grown boys, Robert, Jason, Jay and Brad. They are all out of the house and on their own now. We also had the pleasure of raising 35 foster children, of which we are very proud of as well. Everyone of our children have made us proud of what they have accomplished .
We also own a Country Cafe' which is a small Cafe' that sits 50 people in our little country town . We have had the pleasure of meeting all walks of life and have had many long and educating conversations at our Cafe'. Last but not least, we all so enjoy our cottage on the River. This is where we sit and relax and watch our dogs playing and running around safely. There is nothing like a burnt marshmallow, sitting a round a campfire after a long day, with your pup on your lap.

I was just recently scammed out of $480 for a female Yorkie puppy from this website. The puppy's name was Daisy and she was listed as being 12 weeks old. I sent a message to the owner of the site through the contact form that they have there on Tuesday, 01/10/17. I received an email back from the person that was supposedly selling the puppy to me. This is the information that they gave me:

Clearly this is a scam, because when I went back to the website today, I noticed that they had the puppy still for sale and that they had changed their email address. Everything else that you reported here between Cliff's Yorkie Pups and Diamonds in the Ruff, are the exact same and haven't been changed.

I was stupid enough to fall for this. Luckily, I used my Walmart Mastercard when I made the Moneygram payment and so, on Friday January 13, 2017 I called the customer care number on the back of the card and let them know that I had been scammed. I also filed a dispute with them, I will be calling MoneyGram and giving them the information that he gave me (Denver, CO and the zip code) and I will be letting them know also that it was a scam and that they need to give me the information or the find out the location of the MoneGram that he picked the money up on. I sent it out on January 11, 2017 at 4:44p and he picked the money up that same day at 12am. So I know that he got it and I have a record of it. I know that you have to show an id when you pick it up and I know that they have camera's as well.

The last day that he contacted me was January 13, 2017. His last email to me read, "
I am done with everything and you will be contacted by the delivery agency with flight tracking number and more details from them ok" that made no sense to me. So, I emailed him back and told asked him why he couldn't give me all of that information like he said that he would. He never responded back to me.

However, within fifteen to twenty minutes, I got an email from Edison Pet Movers (http://www.edisonmovers.us) telling me what my tracking number supposedly was, giving an itinerary for when the puppy would be flown out to me as well as home delivered and where she would be flown to. There was also a phone number listed: (256) 808-0422. I tried calling that number all Friday (Jan. 13th) evening and could not get them. I finally got a hold of them on Saturday, Jan. 14th. The person on the end of the other line, told me that I would have to pay an extra $650 for a refundable pet insurance. When I asked them why the person who had sold me the puppy to begin with didn't tell me that, he said that he didn't about that and that it was a new thing that they were doing and that I would need to send it to him through MoneyGram. I told him there was no way that I was going to do that.

I asked him to give me his name, his physical address for the location of the Edison Pet Movers business, his supervisor's name and a number where I could reach them so that I could speak with them. He told me that would not be possibly, as they have many clients that they are working with and do not have time to do that. Then I told him that he didn't have time to do business with me if he couldn't give me that information and informed him that I would no be paying him and would be reporting this as a scam. He cursed at me, got real nasty, and so I hung up.

At this time I have spoken with a local police officer about this, who advised me to speak with the county deputy sheriff and make a report with him, which I have and I haven't gotten a report number. The deputy sheriff, in turn, told me that I needed to file an online report with ic3.gov and I have done that as well. When I saw your post for this, I wanted to go ahead and reply to it with the information that I had in hopes that it will help someone else.

Last time feed and watered all kennels must be marked with the last time and date the animals were fed and watered. Acclimation statement if temperatures are below 45 degrees anywhere along the route of your shipment you may need an acclimation statement from your veterinarian if the airline you are shipping on requires one. When below 45 the acclimation statement must state the lowest temperature the animal is acclimated to.

I actually sent this person another message through his contact form on his website since he has changed his email address and the website is still active for Cliffs Yorkie Pups and told him that I have filed a report against him, that he scammed me out of $480 and I want that money back. I also told him that I would be contacting MoneyGram since I know that you have to have a valid id to pick up the money and I know they have camera's and making them aware of this, as well.

Thank you, for doing more investigations into this. I just want to make sure that no one else gets scammed by them, the same way that I have.
