The scammer next wanted me to pay via Money Gram and then by PayPal using friends and family option.

Using PayPal to send money as gift (Friends and Family option) does not have buyer protection so you will not be able to get your money back.
He is using the email address [email protected] for PayPal payments. The email address is also being used in a Bulldog Scam.
