Gina getting more interesting!

We own a small motel here where we live too and our pets are all raised right here together with us as one big loving family, We are both retired from the Defense Force though from time to my we are called up for some duties as a result of our experience but that only happens 5 hours every month so we stay home with our pets almost all day and night. We raised 6 children, all now in their 30's and 40's - so our pups are like our children now, and we are always with our pets and take them with us wherever we go. In the evenings, they always sit with us on the couch. They are never left alone for more than 2 hours.




We have 26 acres of natural beauty here, and our boys have loved taking their walks on it and exploring it. They enjoy meeting our guests quite often, and those who are dog lovers really have loved our boy and girls. We constantly show our love for our boys and girls throughout the day, and we very much appreciate their intelligence and personalities. Our males more closely favor their Rottweilers father in size and appearance.They are standard sized. They have all had their first and second set of shots implying that they are all vet checked and up to date on all shots and vaccines and are now ready and fit to move into new homes with their new owners, 10 weeks is just a perfect age for re-homing.

This large, powerful dog, can be a steady and a gentle companion.
Rottweilers were originally dogs bred to drive cattle to market. Later they were used to pull carts for butchers. They were among the earliest police dogs and serve with honor in the military. Most important, they are popular family guardians and friends.
Like the mythical Greek hero Hercules, the Rottweiler is strong and true with a loving heart. Affectionately called Rotties or Rotts, the breed originated in Germany, where it was used to drive cattle and pull carts for farmers and butchers. That heritage is reflected in the Rottie's broad chest and heavily muscled body. When he moves, he displays strength and stamina, but when you look into his eyes you see warm, dark-brown pools reflecting a mellow, intelligent, alert, and fearless expression.
A well-bred Rottweiler is calm and confident. He's typically aloof toward strangers, but never timid or fearful. Rottweilers exhibit a "wait-and-see" attitude when confronted with new people and situations. When these characteristics come together as they should, the Rottweiler is a natural guard dog with a mellow disposition who is successful not only in police, military, and customs work, but also as a family friend and protector.
Rotties have a natural instinct to protect their families and can be ferocious in their defense. It's essential to channel their power and protectiveness by providing early socialization, firm, fair, consistent training and leadership, and a regular job to perform. When this doesn't happen, Rottweilers can become dangerous bullies rather than the companionable guardians they're meant to be.

1.I certify the dog to have had its first set of vaccinations. You are responsible for the remaining (2) sets of shots, plus annual boosters. We own a small motel here where we live too and our pets are all raised right here together with us as one big loving family, We are both retired from the Defense Force though from time to my we are called up for some duties as a result of our experience but that only happens 5 hours every month so we stay home with our pets almost all day and night. We raised 6 children, all now in their 30's and 40's - so our pups are like our children now, and we are always with our pets and take them with us wherever we go. In the evenings, they always sit with us on the couch. They are never left alone for more than 2 hours.
We have 26 acres of natural beauty here, and our boys have loved taking their walks on it and exploring it. They enjoy meeting our guests quite often, and those who are dog lovers really have loved our boy and girls. We constantly show our love for our boys and girls throughout the day, and we very much appreciate their intelligence and personalities. Our males more closely favor their Rottweilers father in size and appearance.They are standard sized. They have all had their first and second set of shots implying that they are all vet checked and up to date on all shots and vaccines and are now ready and fit to move into new homes with their new owners, 10 weeks is just a perfect age for re-homing.

This large, powerful dog, can be a steady and a gentle companion.



Rottweilers were originally dogs bred to drive cattle to market. Later they were used to pull carts for butchers. They were among the earliest police dogs and serve with honor in the military. Most important, they are popular family guardians and friends.



Like the mythical Greek hero Hercules, the Rottweiler is strong and true with a loving heart. Affectionately called Rotties or Rotts, the breed originated in Germany, where it was used to drive cattle and pull carts for farmers and butchers. That heritage is reflected in the Rottie's broad chest and heavily muscled body. When he moves, he displays strength and stamina, but when you look into his eyes you see warm, dark-brown pools reflecting a mellow, intelligent, alert, and fearless expression.



A well-bred Rottweiler is calm and confident. He's typically aloof toward strangers, but never timid or fearful. Rottweilers exhibit a "wait-and-see" attitude when confronted with new people and situations. When these characteristics come together as they should, the Rottweiler is a natural guard dog with a mellow disposition who is successful not only in police, military, and customs work, but also as a family friend and protector.

That might sound like what you want, but a Rottie who lacks the ability to discriminate is dangerous to everyone he encounters, not just the bad guys.



You must be able to provide your Rottweiler with leadership he can trust and respect without resorting to anger or physical force. Otherwise, he'll take the role of top dog for himself. With a dog as powerful and intelligent as the Rottweiler, this is a recipe for disaster.



Despite what you might have heard, Rottweilers are not temperamentally unsound or inherently vicious. Well-bred, well-socialized Rotties are playful, gentle, and loving to their families. They are easy to train if treated with respect and make great companions.



As wonderful as Rottweilers can be, they aren't the dog for everyone. You must not only be dedicated to training and socializing your Rottie, you must also deal with people who don't understand the breed and prejudge it. Because of bad or tragic experiences with Rottweilers or other large breeds, some cities have banned the breed. It's unfair to judge an entire breed by the actions of a few, but it's a reality you will have to deal with if you own a Rottweiler.

Healthy Breed
Our Rottweiler puppies are completely health tested including hip and elbow scoring, eye tested annually, DNA tested for PRA and CNM.
Our Puppies are also tested clear for HNPK. We pride ourselves on finishing my dog’s breeder/owner/handled, keeping them in a home-like environment where they get plenty of socialization and playtime, and striving for quality with every breeding. Although our aim is to produce the next generation of show dogs for ourselves, we do place puppies into companion (pet) homes a few times per year. These beautiful pets look very much like their champion siblings and have the same background. Have you found a match and a puppy of your dreams on our website and you do not want to get it now ? Then no worries just a deposit we will reserve the puppy until when you will be able to get the puppy.




PURCHASE PROCEDURE


1. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours with gratitude and 100% attention.

2. We answer your questions, provide professional guidance, screen the breeders, select the best puppies of the litter and assure they are healthy and up to our expectations which are not less than yours.

3. Full payment is required prior to shipping. Give yourself at least 2 business days before the expected arrival day to make sure we receive your payment in time to process all required documents and health checks.

4. We book the flight for a Monday, Wednesday or a Friday. Let us know which day is more convenient for you. Once the flight arrangements are made you will be informed and there on wards, you will be able to track your puppy through the shipping agent’s website.
5. We ship puppies as soon as they are allowed to travel depending on the destination country’s regulation. Normally, it is between twelve to seventeen weeks of age. If necessary, we will hold your puppy longer at no cost to you.

6. We sell registered puppies only. All our puppies are registered and come with pedigree/registration paper. In case you wish to transfer it to your local kennel club, please request the export pedigree ($75 ). Give us the name and address you want on the papers.

7. We make sure you are 100% satisfied with your puppy. Therefore, your puppy is thoroughly checked by our licensed veterinarian a day or two before departure – we separate the puppies from their mothers and litter mates as late as possible to prevent separation anxiety and socialization problems. In addition, the official veterinarian at the airport also checks your puppy to ensure that he/she is healthy and fit for the journey. All your puppies documents are attached to crate and sent along with your puppy.

8. Please be waiting for your puppy at the airport at the given time. Usually the puppy is available 2 hours after the flight’s arrival time, and a valid ID such as passport or driver’s license is needed to verify the identity of the receiver. We can equally arrange for home delivery if need be (Usually cost between $30-50 USD) We really appreciate knowing that the pup has arrived safely and at home with you, so please email as soon as you get the chance. Don’t forget to take your puppy to your veterinarian for the regular arrival-health-check-up within 48 hours of arrival.

9. We suggest giving your puppy bottled water and gradually mixing it with tap water, until the puppy gets used to your water. It is also recommended to feed him/her with the same brand that he/she has previously been fed with (A nutritional starter package is set with each puppy which may last for approx. 2 weeks)

10. A follow-up call is placed 24 hours after you have taken possession of your new puppy to ensure everything is perfect, to answer any questions you have, and to measure your satisfaction.

11. We will stay in touch with you with newsletters for valuable information and tips. We value our relationship with you.

12. The original documents – pedigree, vaccination booklet and guarantee – will be mailed to you within six to eight weeks after your puppy’s arrival.

13. We gladly welcome lovely pictures and information on your puppy’s development.

14. We look forward to your referrals, and reward you for them.

STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE

I) You want a puppy,

II) You visit our website, see all puppies available and use the contact form to let us know the puppy you are interested in.

III) Once we receive your inquiry, an agent will contact you within 24 hours Max. to confirm that your puppy has been put on hold if you wish to purchase at a later date (seven days Max) or provide you your puppy’s lifetime satisfaction guarantee and an invoice if you wish to purchase immediately.

IV) we will within 2 business days of receiving payment, confirm your order, process all required paperwork, have our license veterinarian perform last minute routine checkup on your puppy and book the flight for a Monday, Wednesday or Friday (You may indicate which day suites you best).

V) Once the flight is booked, we will provide you the flight number, date and time of departure and arrival as well as all info you will require to pickup the puppy upon arrival

VI) Within 24 hours of takeoff, our staff will place a follow-up call to confirm that your pet arrived safely and that you have taken possession of your pet.

VII) As a matter of routine, Don’t forget to take your puppy to your veterinarian for the regular arrival-health-check-up within 48 hours of arrival.
