Puppies are also given Health-Gard (Probiotic) at 1 Day old and then administered through their drinking water daily from 5weeks on to help support their developing immune system. Here is a copy of our Contract Health Guarantee .All puppies will come with AKC FULL REGISTRATION. Full registration means you have the right to breed or show the dog if you desire, but breeding and showing are not guaranteed. All puppies are placed as pets. Puppies comes with 2 year health guarantee, toys, dresses, blanket, crate and a manual that will help guide you on how to take good care of the puppies.
Buyers ResponsibiIities:
Have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. Seller must be informed immediately of the examination result by email or by mail. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.
Provide the puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to:
1. Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
2. Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and deworming.
3. OVER vaccination of any puppy will void this contract. Provide your veterinarian with the health records provided with your puppy to avoid doubling of vaccinations which is harmful to the puppy. We do not recommend the use of leptovaccine until over 6 months of age and then caution should be used. Lepto does cause severe problems in the Bulldog breeds.
All deposits are refundable.
Any and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Health Guarantee:
This puppy is guaranteed for 2 years from date of delivery against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. This Include severe hipdysplasia which hampers the movement of the dog's natural gait and requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening nature. lf the dog dies within this two years time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to as certain reason. lf reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy or refund.
This guarantee does not cover what in the bulldog breed is considered normal: cherry eye, entropion, loosehips, skinallergies, elongated soft palate, and steno tic nares (collapsed nostrils.)
All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement or refund.
Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian, and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and wormings. The buyer has been given a record of these and should follow up the balance of its vaccinations. This guarantee include Coccidia or Kennel Cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self limiting and like the common cold, it must run it's course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough on it's own is not life threatening. A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows: Animal must show the defect by one year of age.Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian determination, and have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value.
A returned puppy must be returned to the seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the expense of the seller. The owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy. Seller is responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a replacement puppy. This guarantee applies to the original puppy and buyer only and is non transferable to a second party.
No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred or euthanized without permission of the seller.
Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. lt is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original puppy.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
We guarantee against conditions that may or may not be stress related from the move to a new home and/or by the shipping process. These stress related conditions that have previously remained dormant can be triggered by the above and unfortunately can not be diagnosed until an active case becomes evident. Some of these stress related conditions or illnesses are Goccidi and kennel cough.
Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.
There is no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy, regardless of show or breeding potentials.
Seller is only guaranteeing the above puppy as a healthy companion/pet and that the puppy's pedigree is correct to the best of sellers knowledge. Buyer agrees not to hold seller responsible in any way in the unlikely even that a problem might arise from the puppy's' parentage/pedigree. (AKC DNA tests run 2 years behind)
This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements. This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the United State Of America. It is agreed that any legal issues or court proceedings concerning the puppy purchased under this contract will be resolved in USA. This extends to internet sales across state lines as well. lf at any time during the life of the puppy/dog concerned in this contract, the purchaser, due to unforeseen circumstances, cannot continue to keep the dog we are always willing to accept the dog back and find a suitable home for him or her. No exchange of money or replacement is offered in this circumstance.
