Legal Maltese Scam

My daughter was looking for puppies online and came across a website called "Legal Maltese". I contacted them through their webpage... they then texted my phone #, and next we went back and forth through my email address.... I found it strange that they were not directly answering my "puppy" questions... and they were quickly ready to talk about setting up payment arrangements. I googled some of their text, and sure enough, they came up as a scam, word for word!! Thank God I did not send them $$. At this point, i do have their cell phone # and I am trying to figure out how to report them so they get caught!! I never heard of dog scams before, and their website looks legit.
I hope other people find out about this before they give $$$!!

I am happy to hear that you discovered the scam before losing money to these criminals. Please post the email asking for a payment and include the email address and telephone number they are using in the scam.
Please do not report the telephone number or email address as it will only take them a matter of minutes to have new ones and continue the scam. If they get new numbers and email addresses then it take longer for the next victim to discover the scam.

Yes, that is the website!!! I thought it looked legit as I was giving it quick attention while busy. In retrospect, those pictures look totally too perfect and professional to be from a small breeder!!

Here is one of the last emails from them before I realized it didn't seem right..... I found that their email was exactly word for word from when they used this under a different name in 2016!!!

They are also doing really well with paper training. All puppies will leave home our with a full puppy pack which includes food and water bowls, their own blanket and also their own specific toys. Our puppies are now 11 to 12 weeks old and ready to meet and join new forever loving families, they have also had the best start in life here at home with me and my family.
