The breeder shall provide you with a health record explaining what shots the puppy has had at the time of sale.
To preserve your rights, you must take your newly purchased dog to a licensed veterinarian for examination within 10 days of purchase. If a veterinarian determines, within 10 days or purchase, that your dog is clinically ill or has died from an injury sustained or illness likely to have been contracted on or before the date of sale and delivery, you have the following options :
(a) Return the dog for a complete refund. (b) Return the dog for a replacement dog equal value. (c) Retain the dog and receive reimbursement for the veterinarian fees to make the puppy healthy, not exceeding the purchase price. **These options do not apply where a seller, who has provided a health certificate issued by a veterinarian, discloses in writing at the time of sale the health problem for which the buyer later seeks reimbursement or to return the dog. If, within 30 days of purchase, a licensed veterinarian determines that your dog has a congenital or hereditary defect which adversely affects the animals health or that your dog died from a congenital or hereditary defect, you have the same options as outlined in the above section. Within 2 business days of a veterinarians certification of your dogs illness, defect or death, you must notify the seller of the name, address and telephone number of the examining veterinarian. Failure to notify the seller within 2 business days will result in forfeiture of rights. Refunds or reimbursements shall be made no later than 14 days after the seller receives the veterinarian certification. Veterinarian certification shall be presented to the seller no later than 5 days after you receive it. Registerable Dogs – If the seller does not provide within 120 days, all documentation to effect registration, you may exercise one of the following options: (a) Return the dog and receive a full refund of the purchase price. (b) Retain the dog and receive a 50% refund of the purchase price. At pom4you Shipping , we strive to provide you with extraordinary customer service from beginning to end . Our experienced staff brings years of knowledge in the puppy shipping industry and can help assist in making your shipping experience as pleasant as possible. We will also explain every detail thoroughly to assure you of your pets safety throughout the shipping process. The Shipping Process.
A pom4you Specialist will first look to see where the closest airport is to ship your puppy. (We only ship puppies on airlines that implement a Pet Safe Program) After choosing an airport, we will begin coordinating all schedules & considerations between yourself and the breeder. We will then book your flight and send you an email itinerary of all of the times, flights, schedules & pick up location. The day of your puppy’s journey, we will pick him/her up at the breeder’s facility and transport him/her to the airport. Once all of the paperwork is filled out and your puppy is checked in at the airport, you will receive an email and/or phone call letting you know how everything is going. During the day of the flight, we will continually be updating you on the progress of the flight schedules until your puppy arrives safely in your arms.
After all balance have been paid, I'll call the airlines and book the pup. I will need to know your nearest 2 airports , who will pick up the pup and your address and 2 contact numbers , The day and time will depend primarily on the flight , availability and temperature as well as when we both can travel to the airport usually , I can only book a flight 1 days in advance so they are aware of the temperatures for shipping . After I have booked the pup flight , I will email or call you with the flight times , airway bill and location where the puppy is to be picked up. Then all you need to do is pick the pup at your airport or home delivery is also possible if you want .
Cost Of Shipping
Cost is the same in all US cities regardless of distance. The cost at present time is $250 including Airline Approved carrier and health certificate. Cost is subject to change by airline price increases.
Shipping to Canada We do ship to Canada at the same cost.
Shipping and Puppy Payments All cost must be prepaid 2 days before we can ship puppy out , We accept method of payment by MONEYGRAM & WESTERN UNION
Forms of Identification when picking up at the airport
Once the puppy is dropped off at the airport. You will need 2 forms of identification ,When picking up the puppy. I will need 2 contact numbers .The name on the paper work is who they will only release the puppy to , If someone else is picking up the puppy , You will need to let me know the name so that , I can make a note on the paperwork, If you do not then most likely the airline will not release the puppy. This is all for your protection, so that someone else cannot claim your puppy. More Details.
Your puppy will arrive in a brand new airline approved kennel with absorbent bedding and a food & water dish. All puppies are flown in the under portion part of the aircraft which is a safe temperature controlled environment. $495 will cover all expenses except for an updated health certificate. (This would be paid by the purchaser and/or the breeder).
