We wish to inform you that the crate that was brought to us by your sender to ship your pets in has been rejected due to the bad weather as it does not meet with the standards for this type of bad weather condition. We need a temperature controlled crate for your pet’s safety and comfort because the crate your sender brought is not up to standard, and it is not advisable for your pet to be transported in this crate. We don't want something to happen to any pets found under our custody, because one of our major priorities is to protect our clients' pets and do safe delivery of all pets under our custody to their various addresses at the right place and at the right time. We strive hard to avoid any unforeseen occurrence.so these are the reasons why we can't take the risk to continue with the delivery of your pet. Unless your pet is being issued a new temperature controlled crate. This crate will help your pet a lot because it will automatically regulate the temperature to best suite your pet. Delivery cannot be done without this crate, so we therefore advice that you make the payment for the crate, so that we will proceed with delivery or your puppy immediately. It should be noted that any payment you make for crate is 98% refundable upon delivery of your puppy to your address, because we do rent out the crates to our clients, unless the receiver will decide to keep the crate after delivery. Below are the various crates available, and , the more conducive it is for the transportation, though all two crates will do.

Once you are done with payment, you should kindly get back to us with the payment confirmation (a copy of the payment receipt), so that we can confirm your payment, and then proceed with delivery.
NOTE
This fee is 98% refundable, (98% of the amount you pay will be refunded to you upon delivery of your puppy to your address), if you will not wish to keep the crate.
The 2rd grade of crate is %100 refundable upon delivery
