Oscar & Pretral Puppies founded since in 2004 uses a foster based system solely so the pet you adopt has lived with a family learning socialization and basic training. All dogs and cats up for adoption are spayed/neutered, given age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested, and go to their new homes with 30 days of pet insurance. Our pets are not for sale all we need is a loving home for them so they can experience Love. All you provide is love!

5 STEPS TO ADOPT OUR PETS
1) Please read our Adoption Terms on page 3 of our website.
2) The Wendy's Foundation reserves the right to refuse adoptions based on any of the criteria above (Page 3)
3) Send us an Email with the breed you need and tell how best you can look after the pet.
4) Clients must be ready to pay the transportation of their pets. (Shipment within Europe is 180 Euro for one pet and 300 Euro for two).
5) Every Client must be ready to sign the Adoption papers which shows the transfer of ownership from previous owner to the New owner.
6) Our Tiger Cups are for sale not for free Adoption.

Requirements for Adoption:
1) Must be at least 18 years of age 2) In possession of a valid picture ID 3) Allowed to-have a cat or dog Where You Live 4) Must Accurately Complete our Adoption Application 5) All pets adopté from Maui Humane Society are spayed or neutered. 6) Able to follow all laws related to the county animal. 7) Able and willing to Spend the time and money Necessary to Provide the training, medical treatment and proper care for the animal
The adoption fees for cats and dogs Includes:
Spay / neuter Vaccinations Microchip (dogs, cats and rabbits only)
Tattoo
2 week Health Care Plan
County license (dogs only)
vaccination and medical checkup
Educational material
A pproval and transfer of ownership certificate
Flight Options:
! Booking your own pet's flight is an option gold we can do it for you . The fee for flight arrangements and transportation Within Europe is 150 Euro for one pet and two pets will cost you 300 Euro The Wendy's Foundation is Solely Responsible for the transportation of all pets for security reason. We-have signed a partnership contract with reliable logistic companies Who can best handle our pets During delivery. All you need to do is Place your order and your pet will be Delivered to your door step.
Each airline HAS specific restrictions and availability. Often shipping methods depend on the airline you-have selected for transport. In Some boxes can be animals in the cabin with you, shipped as baggage or as cargo flown. For more information about thesis options and restrictions please contact us. Our management always look for Any company Having a Direct flight to a customer location.

New owner Chartered to a 14 day trial period Where Both pet and owner can adjust to Each Other. During That period if Any reason for the new owner wishes to, the new pet can be returned / requested to be returned to The Bella Foundation for full refund of the adoption fee.
If for Any Reason the new owner can not or is Unwilling to Provide Provide a home for the pet it will be returned to The Wendy's Foundation.
Potential owner Chartered to Provide veterinary care and vaccinations yearly for new pet at the owner's expense.
Potential owner is Adopting this pet for Themselves of Their Own free will and knowingly take on the responsibility of caring for an animal In Their home.
Potential owner Chartered That by checking "I Agree" they are Legally and Electronically signing this document.
