We wish to inform you that we are unable to continue with the delivery of your puppy for safety reasons. Your puppy have been held by the pet control department in collaboration with the Transportation Security Administration (T.S.A) for not using the adequate or proper crate for this shipment. The crate provided for shipping your puppy is contrary to the law protecting Animal Safety during pet transportation. We want you to know that we will do our best to provide quality crate for your puppy. A first class approved Climate Controlled Pressure Crate is needed before we can proceed with the transport of your puppy.
The crate provided by your seller is below standard and is not approved by the Transportation Security Administration who are suppose to give clearance for shipment to proceed. So we urge you to get one as soon as possible to enable us meet up with our delivery schedule. Due to this situation we have decided to provide your puppy with a climate controlled pressure and temperature regulatory crate and the anti pressure vaccine, tape worm vaccine and microchips vaccine. Due to the weather situation, these vaccines have already been administered to your puppy.
The rules regarding approved types of crates for cats, dogs, ferrets and birds flying in cabin and as cargo were created by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and, for the most part, have been accepted by the world's airline.
