We recommend you to get the crate type 300 so that the fee will be refunded since you were not informed in the begining and we have an insurance policy that goes with the option. (They will have to refund you the money upon delivery of your Puppy in cash or check ), if you choose the AC Crate rental Non refundable Option the money will not be refunded to you since it's not covered by the Insurance Company Policy. While if you choose the option of Purchasing the Crate, you will have to owned the crate and the money won't be refunded back to you upon delivery as well. Dear client, its your place to choose which of the options suits you best so that your puppy will be confirm for the next available flight.
