online puppy scam - [email protected]

Hello,
For months I have been sending money to an anonymous person in Cameroon and being told if I kept sending the money, would get the money through the pet insurance I had to spend the money on. I decided to back out of the deal with the puppy due to roommate reasons and was given a roundabout process to do it since I apparently now legally owned the puppy. Now, I provided money for the people to create an online ad and just when the puppy was supposed to be shipped out, the US Pet Aviation was supposedly flagged. I am now being told that I have to provide a giant lumpsome payment of $5,500 to the US Pet Aviation or I will be taken to court by them. I ignored the texts from the agent and was sent an email and then also sent multiple texts on whatsapp as well.
This is what the email stated:

HELLO ,

GREETINGS FROM USA PETS HOME...

WE ARE WRITING YOU VIA EMAIL CAUSE WE HAVE TRIED CONTACTING YOU SEVERAL TIMES BUT OUR CALLS KEEP GOING TO THE ANSWERING MACHINE... SO WE THOUGHT IT BETTER TO SEND YOU AN EMAIL .

WE WANT TO BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE AVOIDING OUR CALLS AND TEXTS MESSAGES CAUSE YOUR PHONE WAS ONLINE ON SATURDAY 3TH, AFTER BEING TRACED. WE HAVE GIVE YOU SOME DAYS AFTER WHICH YOU WERE TO SEND PAYMENT OF $5,500.00 BUT GET NOTHING FROM YOU... SO RIGHT NOW IF ANYTHING SHOULD COME YOUR WAY YOU SHOULD BE PREPARE FOR IT AND WELCOME IT.

ALSO WANTED TO INFORM YOU THAT THE US PET AVIATION TEAM HAS BEEN ON OUR NECK FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS REGARDING PAYMENT YOU WERE TO SEND AS BEING AGREED EVERY 1ST OF EACH MONTH. WE TRIED TO COVER UP SOME HOW BUT RIGHT NOW THEY ARE ALREADY GETTING EVERY FILE ATTACHED TO GET THIS DOE WITH IF NOTHING IS DONE IN TIME. THEY ALREADY HAVE A LOT ON YOU AND OUR NOW WAITING FOR THEIR HEAD OFFICE TO CONFIRMED THAT YOU BE TAKEN TO COURT.

THEY HAVE YOUR PICS LOCATION AND EVERY OTHER INFO'S ABOUT YOU IN FILE NOW JUST WAITING FOR THE GO AHEAD FROM THEIR HEAD QUARTERS... SO RIGHT NOW YOU HAVE TO RESPOND TO US AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THIS EMAIL FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TO DO.

I'm being told that the US Pet Aviation is coming after me but when I asked for legal documentation I was told not to make things difficult. I don't know what to do. None of my friends or family know about the mess I'm in. I can't find any information about the U.S. Pet Aviation. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I received a text on WhatsApp from Lari Mike about how I need to think about what I'm doing and how I'm going to ruin everything. I will take full responsibility that I'm a naive college student but now I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP.

It's a scam.

Stop all contact with everyone involved.

Please post all email addresses of the fake seller, shipper and any others. Also post phone numbers and any website you were given.

Post the emails sent to you. Remove your personal information from them prior to submitting.

The criminals will not take you to court, they stole money from you and you can not be charged with pet abandonment because the pet was never in your possession .

Please post the links to the websites used in this scam.

Fake seller gave me the story that his wife had just died from cancer and he was trying to sell these puppies but when I reverse searched the pics he sent I couldn't find them anywhere: [email protected]
