It has come to us that your kitten was held there and they are requesting for insurance papers which must be done before they can proceed with delivery to your location or the cat will be sent immediately to the QUARANTINE and you will be reported to the (U.S.A MINISTRY OF LIVESTOCK AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY) for pet abuse. However we tried to negotiate with them to see how the kitten can go through without you spending much money on this and they some how comply with us. One thing you have to understand here is that kittens are classified under the cats family which means they are considering it as a wild animal and must need to be shipped with all legal documents. So they are placing you under another swift refundable deposit of $825.00 which $800.00 will be refunded to you once you sign the receiver form to have the kitten added to the $1000.00 you already paid for the crate. This report was sent to us because the documents must be issued and certified from the origin state the kitten was shipped from. So, you will only have to lose $25.00 from the entire $825.00 and a total refund of $1800.00 will be given to you by our delivery agents when you sign the receiver papers to have your kitten.





It's very important for your pet to travel with an insured health because it covers the following... missing pet, injured pet after arrival, dead pet after arrival or your pet arrived and seem not to be healthy in anyway. The insurance policy is favorable to the payer because it is 100% refundable and only refundable during delivery of pet. So this insurance after paid will only be refunded back to the receiver as addressed on our very first email.
