The site is still active because the host company has not taken action yet.

Please post any additional information that you may have about this fake puppy site. Every piece of new information will help to alert other possible victims avoid losing money to this criminal.

I just have a few emails from them requesting the money through western union, I told them I don't use them only pay pal, and asked if they offer any guarantees but they never reply again.

Please post the full email that wanted the payment sent via Western Union to expose the name they are using to collect the money. Be sure to remove your personal information before posting.

The pet scammers sometimes will offer to accept payments via PayPal using the friends and family option. This option is considered a gift transaction which offers nor buyer protection.
