2. We solve all your inquiries, offer professional help, screen the breeders and select only the finest puppies for you. We also run proactive health screen to ensure that every pup is healthy before placing them into their new homes.
3. Every buyer is requested to pay complete payment prior to shipping of their puppy. We need at least 2 days to dispatch the puppies to process the payment and run health checks on them again to confirm they are healthy to fly.
4. Mostly we ship selected puppies on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays occasionally. We can make the reservation as per your recommendation, that is whichever day is convenient for you. All flight details/ETA will be emailed to you so you know when yo pick up your Shihtzu puppy.
5. We make all the flight arrangements to ship the puppy as soon as they get permission to travel. Usually, it takes between 4 to 6 days. We can also keep your puppy for longer, if necessary, at free of cost.
6. We’re registered breeders and all our Shihtzu Puppies come registered with the AKC. But you can also make a request to transfer the puppy to your local kennel but you are requested to pay an export pedigree fee of 60 Dollars. Full names, shipping info and contact number will be required to process the paperwork.
