Scam artist claims to be located in Arkansas, USA but the email originated in Malaysia.
The web site http://www.lovepuppies.com.nu is in the process of being reported.
Telephone number 1 501 476 0338 This telephone number is a Magic Jack number so the scam artist could be located anywhere in the world that has a high speed internet connection.
