We had a payment of $650 from you ( dog price and shipping feeincluded ) ,
due to server problems yesterday we realized it is an interstate
delivery and not local delivery, hence some requirements are
needed.We have realized other requirements necessary for interstate delivery
wasn't paid.

REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERSTATE DELIVERY !!
-All pets must have all registered documents.
-All pets must have good health records to show the pet is healthy enough for shipping.
-All pets must be up to date with all vaccines.
-All pets anti-pressure vaccine ( $300) must be paid prior to delivery
to keep the dog steady and not feel sick during air delivery and to
maintain a good atmospheric temperature for the safety delivery of the pet.

-All pets must be covered by pet insurance issued by our company to
ensure that it's not a stolen dog smuggled into state and to follow our
safety policies alongside the IPATA & IATA PET POLICIES in collaboration
with CUSTOMS and pet control authorities ( Insurance fee is $700 ),It
is refundable upon arrival of the dog to the receiver.
-All pets must be registered with a good crate for delivery ( if not
registered with one then we shall provide the following crates for
hiring or sale as it is very important to ship a pet in a comfortable
and safe crate for successful delivery)...

The dog delivered must be put in one of these crates before delivery
can proceed. Wire dog crate is only used for delivery when the shipping
is within the state( local ) but for interstate delivery , we use from
Plastic dog crate to the last on the list. It is obvious most clients
will choose to pay for Plastic Crate because is the most affordable on
the list for interstate deliveries and most customers will want to pay
for hiring and not buying. Since the owner of this dog only paid for
shipping fee and didn't pay for vaccine($300) , insurance($700) and
crate fee($500),hence delivery will not proceed until this fee is paid
by you the new owner and recipient of the dog as on the transfer of
ownership document. Therefore you are to pay $1500 for vaccine ,
insurance and crate fee to our head quarter branch in Atlanta ,GA
which accepts payment by wire transfer through Western Union.
NOTE !!
The insurance fee of $700 is refundable ( reimbursable ) when our
agents arrive your location and hand the dog to you , but the vaccine
and crate fee is non-refundable , therefore out of the $1500 you are
required to pay , you will receive $700 back when the dog reaches
you.

You have to get in contact with the person you are buying the dog from
to discuss about this because this payment needs to be made before
delivery can proceed.

We are apologize to get back to you now about your dog delivery but there was a more important and serious issue and we were scared to inform you because we had to hold a meeting about this accident first and it will be better before we get to you ( READ CAREFULLY DOWN ).



We had informed you yesterday that your dog was to be delivered the day you pay the last $500 but something happened..
Our agents woke up Thursday morning to see that your dog had died in the pets room as she was out of her cage and they couldn't detect what killed the dog until they took the corpse to a veterinarian ( She died due to lat vaccine given to her by a junior gent ) , it was an accident , a mistake and this agent has been suspended from work.

When the dog was confirmed really dead ,we decided to wait and for time to pass figuring what we are going to do , Today we decided to get to tell you now and we plead you take it easy with us ( we can't allow this case to reach court because it will cost us more money and money won't go to you , the customs and pet control and also spoil our good reputation to the public ) .



We have to take responsibility for this dog's dead and to save our name and company . Normally when a live animal is registered to the agency and dies then the agency have to pay a damage fee to the owner , an
agency must pay this damage fee to avoid being sued to court because there is no excuse or explanation in this case .


We want to negotiate this with you now and get a signed agreement that we have to pay a total of $14,300 as damage fee to the new owner ( you ) .The new owner and will receive it but also we were already processing a refunds of total $700 which was to be paid to you when agent's reach your home with the dog. So the total amount we are to pay now including damage fee for dog's dead and also for the refundable money will be $15,000. We will send all the $13,000 through Walmart account linked with a gold card because it is faster and safer to send such huge amount through this medium and we will mail you the information and the card to your address which you will receive after 5 hrs and will be able to use the card at any Walmart store to access the account and withdraw the $15,000.

We really apologize for this inconvenience and we hope you understand and accept because this has been signed and sealed with our directors and managers .


There is only a little problem and we plead you agree on it.To get this damage fee of $15,000 you must pay a fee of $2000 to get a secured Walmart account link with card activated , it is a must pay fee. Just do your best to send this $2000 and get all 15,000
