The Control Department of our service wishes to bring to your knowledge that after the check up prior to delivery of your dog,the control office is demanding an insurance document to accompany your dog to it's destination as per new rules and regulation on pet transportation.
As per our processing & end evaluation,
Health Checked is OK
Dog Travel Crate Certified and IATA approved.
Pet Insurance: NEEDED
All rules and regulations have not been met along for your dog to be transported and delivered successfully.
So shipping has been stopped.
Pet Insurance policy for is required.
The Insurance Department of our service wishes to bring to your knowledge that;
1. Following the International Animal Transportation Association (IATA) ' Rules and Regulations on Pets Transportation on section 12 sub paragraph 2, ".... the life of all animals being commercially transported from One State to another throughout Unites State and out of United State must be fully Insured by the insurance department of the company in charge of the flight and delivery at the State of Origin against any unforeseen eventualities".
2. Following a compromise between the United State Aviation Complaint Commission and the Financial Commission of the INTERNATIONAL ANIMAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD (IATA) , it was concluded that---------- "..the life of all pets being COMMERCIALLY transported throughout the U.S and out of U.S, Should be insured and this insurance fee varies from one animal to another depending on breed and what kind".------------------
Due to a good number of complaints by clients and animal rescue teams to (IATA) about animals getting stranded at airports or delivery locations and being forced to be taken to pet rescue facilities,This acts as a level of commitment and under taking protecting the dog against any unforeseen circumstance before take off.
*The insurance fee paid by the client,is fully refunded upon delivery of puppy by upon check issued from JetPet courier agent to the person receiving the pet.
*If anything should happen to the pet during transportation and delivery after this insurance policy is validated,Jetpet therefore accepts full liability.
From the above rules and regulations,We've come to a conclusion that the delivery cannot proceed except the fully refundable insurance fee is paid .
* This means you will have to secure transportation with insurance policy as per above evaluation;
Insurance - (99% Refundable) = USD 1,000.00
Insurance Document Bill - 5% = USD 50.00
Insurance Refund - 99% = USD 950.00
5% is deducted as insurance documentation bill and processing so you will be receiving a balance of USD 950.00(Nine hundred and fifty us dollars) alongside your dog upon delivery.
Our office will be handling operation. Insurance paper work has been initiated while awaiting your email notification which you will then be directed on payment instruction.
PLEASE NOTE: This stop has been made in accordance with IATA pet transportation policy as stated above and unless the paper work is clear,
The delivery can not proceed otherwise Pet Rescue will take control.
