It is a scam, Parrot eggs can not be shipped and survive. Anyone claiming to be selling parrot eggs from Cameroon and further claims to be able to ship them to you is a scammer. No exceptions.

Many of the images on facebook that claim to be parrot eggs for sale are actually images of chicken eggs.
