It is ALWAYS a scam
If the pet seller or shipper asks for money to be sent via Western Union, Money Gram, any brand of gift card. Walmart To Walmart , Zelle , PayPal friends and family option, or mentions Cameroon

Only thing is we we scammed and never received the little lady.

The scammer never had the puppy (or any puppy.) He just stole pictures from a legitimate breeder's website. The dog in question may not even be a puppy any more, as the photos may have been stolen months or even years ago and saved for future use.

These scammers sit at their computers halfway across the world and make a living running these scams.
