The scammer wants to communicate via text messaging and will not answer his phone. he is using text messaging to his his accent that would give away his true location in the world.

He will also make excuses as to why you cannot see the pups parents and will
is not available to show the pup in person. He will have time to ship the imaginary pup to you for a fee.

It is all a complete scam.

Typical first email from the scammer, he just changes the breed to match the current scam.
