As the webmaster for a reputable English Bulldog breeder, I received the below website to post on our Fraud page.

I wired half of the money to them but when it came to shipping the actual puppy they wanted more as shipping costs were apparently up even though they have shipped many times before.It's been more than a week and I still don't have my puppy or a refund.

We are located in Minnesota,so i will have to ship the puppy to you
and the puppy will reach you safely and in good health.The total cost
for each puppy is $690 with shipping , I can guess what question you
