Scams selling or giving away non-existent animals, often Puppy Scams.

Well, similar to everyone's story here. I messaged a person who had a pug listed. She had perfect grammar. Then I responded back. The next email was really dodgy English:

our present location,i shall arrange for a home delivery using a
nearby delivery agency in charge of pet transportation and which is closest to
our home and you will just have to pay for the delivery of the
puppies to your doorstep.
To arrange for the delivery, i will like to have your full contact

delivery agency directly,so this money you will have to pay will be
for the delivery of the puppy to your home, then $300 as her re homing
fee , all summing to $450, I will also send
all paperwork including details of Current vaccinations, Veterinarian
examination, Health certificate, Health guarantee, Pedigree, Travel
crate ,Micro-Chipped (In case ever lost or stolen ) and all other
health certificate at my disposal,their blankets and crate and some
food with the delivery agency in charge of transportation of the
Puppy to your home.Hope you take proper care of this puppy and
spoil her for me ,and please do send me update pics as she grows with you.

Which upon reading caused me to go "HRRRR?!" So I responded back with, righto, how about you send me your phone number before I give you any personal details. This was the response:

If the pet seller or shipper asks for money to be sent via Western Union, Money Gram, any brand of gift card. Walmart To Walmart , Zelle , PayPal friends and family option, or mentions Cameroon
