It is ALWAYS a scam
If the pet seller or shipper asks for money to be sent via Western Union, Money Gram, any brand of gift card. Walmart To Walmart , Zelle , PayPal friends and family option, or mentions Cameroon

Why do u think its a scam just because he asked for money gram? Have u had a bad experience with this seller?

And then there is the fact he's using a VoIP phone - 1-657-215-1767 - Bandwidth.com VoIP in Huntington Beach, CA.

Someone actually in the location they are claiming to be wouldn't need a VoIP phne that can be answered anywhere in the world, they would have a landline or mobile.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

It is an absolute certainty that this is a scam.

As others have already said, wire transfer is a dead giveaway, and the phone number is a red flag as well, but there are other details that we don't share on these open forums, because we don't want to teach the scammers to improve their scams.

Both Mike and Alan spend a great amount of their time dealing with these scammers, and they have significant expertise in identifying their ads and websites.
