think this is possibly a scam?

so I saw an ad on the online penny saver for a make and female bulldog puppy for 200. abd I was thinking write that's too good to be true! It asked to text so I did, and then received a text asking for my email address to give me more info, so I sent it and received an email with 45 p ics of puppies. abd it's free shipping all I have to pay is 300. to adopt. I was going to go for it, but then something told me to hold off so I decided to look up the phone number online just to see and it brought up a page of results and they were all for diff animals, for fish, bulldogs, teacup

my previous post got cut off. so I'll resume from there. So after seeing all those posts some had similar names but all from diff towns but pretty much the same worded posts.Some with the same number which I traced and was a new Mexico number, but they were supposedly from California. and ask the diff breeds of dogs the posts were pretty much the same one male and one female. so I decided to play there game and call there bluff. so I texted them back and let them know I was interested ( cause they kept texting me over and over since 7:30 am today) and they wanted me to give them my info and what dog I wanted, and they would let me know how to pay them. so I decided to tell them that I would just meet them in Cal. since I was supposedly going on vacation( not really going but just wanted to see there reaction, cause if they were legit they wouldn't mind me meeting them) and just like I thought they tried to convince me several times that it was better for me if they sent it to me, but then I told them that it would be better this way so they could save them money. and just like I thought I haven't heard from them since. I'll have to copy and paste the email they sent me and post because the email they sent was one unlike the many scam posts from other people who feel for it that's why I was thinking it was for real.
