I do not know if they're one and the same person, but I got an answer from Jeff first and when I sent a reply I got an answer from Mohammed Sara. I found it rather fishy that although both used different wording they seemed to be asking the same questions going towards the same direction, so please be warned. These ads were to be found at www.expatads.com

Please post the emails. We can usually tell by the wording if they are somewhere other than where they claim to be. Also post links to the ads.

we can proceed with the re homing of the kitties ok,
i will like to know if you have ever had experience with kittens?
and if the is a vet center near by your home and also if you will be
taking both kittens, also if you have children and other information
of you that can make me know you more better before i can give you my
kittens because they are for free adoption ok, sorry for too many
question but you just need to understand my worries ok.

Thought I would add I received a similar email from [email protected] and thought I would post it here. I did some research and that email also pops up for a Pomeranian in an Australian website, which was a major hint to me that the email is a scam (besides the broke English, the fact that bengals aren't dogs and thus don't have AKC, and it was a fairly all-over the place email). Anyway, here's the email I got as a reply:
