The real estates agency rise properties ltd. (rise-real-estates.com) doesn't exist.
Some easy signs: None of the personell have any social media or other online presence. The offices in Europe don't exist (you only find posts on this forum linked to those locations ). The messages are preused by other scammers.

Can you please post additional information on this scam . The Url doesn't appear to be active .

Most likely a typo in the domain. rise-real-estate.com was anonymously registered less than a month ago.
