I am quiet friendly down to earth and easy to get along with,I'm pet friendly but do not own one nor do i plan on having any. I clean up after myself,I do not do drugs,smoke ,no late nights. I am person that will respect your space and rules.
I am also concerned about wellness and i practice yoga i did 6months course on wellness in india,I might even consider teaching yoga if my schedule permits me or if i am able to rent a space.
I just got back to Idaho,and presently at my uncle's house here in idaho,so basically this is my first time renting and i had this massive break up,It really got to me,as i was not expecting it,but let me not bore you with the story of my life,so that is one of the reasons of my moving, because i understand that time wait for no one. I am relocating to experience something new in my career and my life so i wont be able to see the place right away
I am looking to secure a place then i start looking around for something physical at any hospital/company there . Paying rent on time will never be a problem as i will also be making the rent fee as at when due and i will pay in advance if required,However,my uncle will be incharge of all fees until i can get something physical. Wow, I got the exact same email. I'm glad I found this website. I've been getting nothing but scam emails in reply to my post for a room rental . This lady even sent me some pictures of hers to ensure it wasn't a fraud

I have been responding to this person for the last 2 weeks..I have a property in Las Vegas that I'm trying to rent out...same exact emails, sob story, pics, etc. The final outcome is that I received the MONEY ORDERS yesterday..3 of them for $900 each..(That would mean the deposit and 2 months rent) too good to be true right? Well it was..I get an email this morning saying that the shipment of her things got somehow messed up and she needs me to wire via western union $1200 to resolve the matter. I told her I don't think that its a good idea because I want to keep our relationship strictly landlord and tenant. Then I googled the name and all of this popped up...imagine I would have been at lost of $1200...who can afford that!! Oh yeah, I called Money Gram to verify the validity of the money orders and it turns out that they are duplicate who have been cashed earlier this year!! People are amazing!!

yeah..chick is a fraud and thief. when i responded to her i offered he a place for FREE if she just ran a few errands a week for my brother....no response....because she wanted to get someone who wanted a deposit and rent fee...so she could scam....how do u report someone like this? Her english was a definite tip off!

Most likely not a "chick", but a young adult male living in West Africa or Malaysia who is skilled as scamming because he does it all day. If turning them in would get rid of the, we would be doing that. Scammers hide behind fake email addresses and have "mules" do their ground work (like printing and mailing checks) so they are not directly tied to the scam.

I could tell it was a scam based on the phrasing and punctuation, but good to have confirmation. Sadly all I have gotten is spam.

I got the same email although now she is using email: [email protected] and Goes by the name Ann Kathleen Cartier. So glad I did a search online before offering her a place. Thanks to everyone who has posted and saved me from potentially getting scammed.

OMG, I ALMOST FELL FOR HER SCAM. I READ ALL THE POSTS AND SHE WRITES EVERYONE THE SAME EXACT THING. I'M SO HURT THAT A PERSON WOULD BE SO LOW. I HAVE CORRESPONDED WITH HER VIA EMAIL FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND I WOULD HAVE TAKEN HER IN AND TREATED HER LIKE A DAUGHTER, I HAD A QUERY DONE ON HER AND NOTHING COME UP UNDER THE NAME, ANN KATHLEEN CARTIER WITH HER ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER OF 208-843-8505. ACCORDING TO HER, HER PHONE CAN ONLY DO TEXT. I'VE NEVER HEARD OF A PHONE THAT ONLY DOES TEXT. BEWARE.
