HOW IT WORKS:
1) The scammer post vacation rental ad on Craigslist. No direct email or phone posted.
2) You contact him via Craigslist email. He responds back from any email or any phone.
3) After email/phone negotiations, he asks you to transfer money for his Bank Account. Usually 50% of monthly rental deposit.

My name is Jess and I'm a guest in the property address 315 Elizabeth St. Key West, FL. I checked in November 28, 2012 and checking out on Monday morning. The home is cool and superb and all thanks goes to Alfred Ladines who sealed this deal for me.

Internet could be an enemy sometimes and in this case, I guess who ever posted this comment meant to harm the integrity of the person in question.

My conclusion, the board should screen some information before publication.

This guy Alfred Ladines is scamming vacation rentals on craigslist.

Using Vacation For All Using addresses and pictures that do not make match the properties.
After 4 days of emails, he send me an invoice. I noticed that it did not have a business address or phone number. It had as the previous posted stated the emails with [email protected] etc.

They sent an invoice from Collen Kelley and I returned a email address asking for a business address and of course once there was no response. The place does not have a website and the phone number is
305-707-4008 which is a landline in either Miami or Marathon.

The property they were trying to rent to me was 408 Grinnell Street Key West. Now the ad is on craigslist just on Grinnell Street. This is a 2,000,000 million dollar house.

ALFRED LADINES and COLLEEN KELLEY VACATION HOMES FOR ALL are a scam.

On a lovely tree-lined residential street in the heart of the historic Old Town district, this quiet, historic compound offers three separate vacation suites sharing a lush, large, sunny pool or combines for a wonderful four bedroom retreat.

Downstairs enjoys a large, open floor plan with living and dining room, french doors opening up to the porch and lushly landscaped garden/pool area. The two bedrooms have a queen four poster bed or a queen wrought iron bed along with oversized showers in each bath.

The two one bedroom suites are located on the second floor, each accessed from a covered porch overlooking the garden and optional-heated pool below, providing a cool spot on a hot afternoon.
