We have rented a villa from this website and paid 500 euros security deposit. We didn't knew that we had to activate the filter for the swimming pool and after 2 days the water turned green. My husband changed all the water from the pool and put in new one. At the end of our stay, Bruno Abicht charged us the security deposit for the water bill. spainxpert.com is a SCAM. BEWARE.

This is almost comical . The same fake post from many different names :laugh-s:

I google it this agency and this website to find out more about you and I found that you run a scam with properties for dream prices that simply don't exist! Is this villa on your website for real? can you explain to me this post on this forum http://www.scamwarners.com/forum/viewto ... 9&t=136350 it is first on google when you search for your website. Should I worry about this warning?

Dear Linda,
Yes, there is a post on scam warners or something like that, I don't know why they are after us, but they are not doing the damage they are supposed to do, we have a lot of returning clients that laugh when they see what is posted there. I understand your concern about what is written there, but I can assure you that everything is 100% false, they are even mocking one of our clients who wrote a legitimate review there. We have lawyers who are trying to contact somebody from that website but they can't be contacted. The guys from the IT department are saying that they are getting a lot of views for posts like this and they are selling advertising on the website. You don't have to worry about it!

Reply from me:
ok where can I read some good reviews about your website? Can you send me a link please. can I speak with one of your clients who rented and have a good review for your services? Can I have phone number.who is Bruno Abicht?

Response from SpainXpert:

I dont know if we have any because we have very little time renting holiday homes..Until recently we have been dedicated only to sell lands and properties ...we are beginners in online business

Reply from me:

ok who is Bruno Abicht? can I speak with one of your clients who rented and have a good review for your services? Can I have phone number thank you

Response from SpainXpert:

Welcome to Scamwarners,

It is a scam.

Please do not tell scammer they are posted on anti scam sites. This warning to others is now useless. The scammer will take 10 minutes out of his life to get a new website, phone numbers and email addresses.

Others will not find out a scam when this happens. We will only find him again when a paying victim or potential victim reports him again.

Please contacta moferatorstor if you have a question or information about this post.

Please do not tell the scammer he is posted here.

just saw the villa listed on homeaway for €25,000/week Removed (BW) and I spoke to the hiring manager on the phone. Indeed, spainxpert.com = fraudulent website.
