I've been reporting these scams to the email provider: include the header in your report

etc.

We do not encourage reporting free email addresses for closure (paid addresses and websites we do.)
It takes the scammer less than a minute to open a new address, so the closure has little to no impact on him.
He will keep going using the new address without skipping a beat.

More people find warnings by searching email address than any other way. If the scammer continues to attempt his scams using the same email address, his targets have a chance to find the posted warnings. If he starts scamming under a new address, there are no reports to be found, and the next target misses a warning that might otherwise have saved him/her from being scammed. In addition, if law enforcement is actually investigating a scammer, forcing him to change email addresses can also break an important link for them too.

I received this email today, so obviously a scam. The phone number given is 44 7031914059, which, as I see here, has been going around for a while now.
